so writing this from my phone. it seems as though my phone will not do caps or apostrophes. yay. i would do this on a computer, but i killed my husbands laptop last week and our home computer is not cooperating today.
whats been happening you might ask. here it goes...
martin had his transplant, after a few weeks of touch and go he is being released to his apartment.
he is still mean as ever.
found out i am officially diabetic.
on my third migraine of the week. tuesday it got so bad i had two injections at doctors office. going back tomorrow.
good news is pedi finally gave us meds for bubba to sleep. bad news is i am now medicating my kid to make him sleep.
took a week off of work.
more clients than i can handle.
got told off by the ot for not meeting appts with ian. something to the effect of no point in making plans for work if u dont make time for it.
found a great preschool for the kids. they love it. they will each go one day a week until sissy starts school in august.
ian is on waiting list for great kindergarten, where he will likely get an early intervention teacher.
his group evaluation will be in july for autistic spectrum disorder, but its pretty much a given.
ot also says sensory integration disorder.
also worried about his new compulsion to touch everything and if you say no for any reason he has to do it ten more times.
good news landlord putting in heat pump, warm in winter cool in summer. yay.

The OT can't diagnose your kid. But maybe a break is good if you have more clients than you can handle. She likes getting paid after all. :/
ReplyDeleteI hope with diet and exercise that your diabetes is manageable. Do you need shots? Are you overwhelmed with the changes this will bring?
This is a lot of stuff going on!
Ian and Brighton are so similar.....Brighton also has s.i.d

Yes, you DO have a lot going on. I wish I was there to just take your kids for a day when you need a break.
